Whitney Closson, MS
Counselor & Workplace Wellness Strategist
With over 15 years in the mental health field, Whitney combines clinical expertise and workplace well-being strategy to help companies create emotionally intelligent cultures.
She holds a BA in Psychology and an MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a specialization in Trauma and Crisis, Whitney is also a dual-certified Mental Health First Aid Instructor.
Her approach bridges science and humanity, transforming well-being from an HR initiative into a measurable business advantage. Her work is grounded in empathy and backed by a clinical approach.
